Expert Option entered the retail binary options market in 2014 and has established itself as a major competitor to platforms like IQ Option and Pocket Option. The brand is operated by SV Investments and relies heavily on its highly polished, custom-built web and mobile applications.

For Singapore traders, the key regulatory detail is that Expert Option holds licensing offshore with the Vanuatu Financial Services Commission (VFSC). It does not have licensing or approval from the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and is not listed on any local exchange. If you trade here, you are dealing with an offshore entity at your own risk.

My experience with Expert Option has been mixed. Their custom charts and built-in social features are slick and fast, but their payout model is heavily tiered based on account levels, meaning small-balance traders get lower payout percentages.
